Enrollment Policy Class enrollment is accepted on a first serve basis. Student enrollments will be confirmed for attendance, ten (10) business days before the start date of class. Upon confirmation of the class, materials provided by American IT will be sent to students. A seat will be reserved on behalf of the student, upon receipt of an online registration or a signed faxed or mailed copy of an American IT enrollment agreement. American IT must receive full payment ten (10) business days before the start date of the class to guarantee a reserved seat. Students who have not paid in full will not be admitted to the class. If you do not show up for class, you will be charged for the full cost of the class and will be permitted to retake the class at a later date. Payment may be made with a check or company purchase order. Student can defer taking the class to a future date. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy A student may cancel from or reschedule a class that he or she is enrolled in, upon the following: Canceling from a class any time before ten (10) business days from the start date of the class, will incur no cancellation charges. If you cancel between 5-10 business days before the start date of the class, you will be charged 50% of the class cost. If you cancel with less than 5 business days from the start date of the class, no refunds will be made. Rescheduling your enrollment any time before ten (10) business days from the start date of the class, will incur no rescheduling charges. Rescheduling your enrollment between 5-10 business days before the start date of the class, will incur a $100 rescheduling fee plus a $50 processing fee. Rescheduling your enrollment with less than 5 business days from the start date of the class, will incur a fee of 25% of the cost of the class. In cases of cancellation or rescheduling, student will be responsible for any non-refundable costs that American IT has incurred on behalf of the student. In the case of American IT having to reschedule a class, student does agree to American IT rescheduling the registration to another location that American IT is delivering the same class and the class is guaranteed to run. Only after a failure of this rescheduling will a student be entitled to a full refund. Refunds are issued within 30-45 days. If a student attends the first day of class and is not completely satisfied with the instruction, the student can reschedule the class to a later date, at the same location, without any penalty; after attending the first day, no refunds will be made. Retake Policy American IT will allow students re-take any class that they have paid for, at no additional cost. Students can re-take a class, that they have paid for, as many times as they wish within a period of one year. Note that students will be able to retake the class ONLY if the class is currently being offered, at the same location and there are available seats in the class. |
