Class enrollment is accepted on a first pay first served basis. A seat may be temporarily reserved using a signed and faxed copy of this enrollment agreement; however American IT must receive full payment five (5) business days before the class start date to guarantee a seat in the class. Students who have not paid in full will not be admitted to the class. If you do not show up for class, you will be permitted to retake the class once under the retake policy mentioned below. Payment may be made with a credit card, check or company purchase order upon credit approval. Student can defer taking the class to a future date, but all classes must be completed within six months of enrollment. If the same class is not offered in the future, student will not be refunded. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy A student may cancel from or reschedule that he or she enrolled upon the following: Canceling from a class before 11 or more business days from the start date of the class, will incur a charge of $100 registration fee plus a $50 processing fee. If you cancel between 5-10 business days, you will be charged 50% of the class cost. If you cancel with less than 5 business days from the class start date, no refunds will be made. Rescheduling to a future date of class before 11 or more business days from the start date of the class you are enrolled in, will be at no cost to you. If you reschedule between 5-10 business days, there will be no cost to you, but the fess will not be refundable. If you reschedule with less than 5 business days to the enrolled class date, you will have to pay 25% of the class costs for rescheduling. If you cancel after rescheduling once or more, no refunds will be made. In cases of cancellation or rescheduling, student will be responsible for any non-refundable costs that American IT has incurred on student or on student’s behalf (example airfare). Any amount due to you will be refunded within 30 business days. The following clause applies for all above cancellation and rescheduling scenarios. After 30 days from the date of signing this agreement, no refunds will be made for any changes (cancellations or rescheduling) requested by the student. Retake Policy American IT allows you to re-take a class that you have paid for at no cost to you. Note that only one free re-take is allowed per student, per class and the re-take must be completed within one year of the start date of the class you paid for. Further, you will be offered the class ONLY if the class is currently being offered and there are available seats in the class.
